A Derbyshire Kitchen

A calm environment was desired for this truly unique kitchen. The available space had to be utilised effectively because of an unusually-shaped room which links to the garden room. The Derbyshire limestone worktop instils a natural look and individuality to the kitchen, as do the cabinets which feature traditional hand-moulding. There is a rounded end post to create the illusion of space and for ease of passage, a bank of drawers and a cabinet that houses a built-in washing machine.

“After a few months use of our new kitchen, Sue and I would like to say thank you for a beautiful job well done. It is truly professionally designed, hand built and installed, in a sustainable way. We believe that a kitchen such as ours represents far better value than one from a bigger manufacturer using sheet materials like MDF. This is because, in our experience, run-of-the-mill kitchen units rarely last longer than 10 years. Ours will last a lifetime, which is fine by us, since its design is timeless.”
